Environmental Scorecard

The League of Conservation Voters on Wednesday released its 2012 National Environmental Scorecard. Sen. Bernie Sanders earned a 100 percent rating on 14 Senate votes, including one blocking an attempt to keep the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating power plant emissions of mercury pollution. The Senate also stopped legislation to approve the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
