Mr. Haskins will describe to any Vermont veterans, spouses & dependents, and widows and widowers what benefits they maybe entitled to. He will explain what service connected and non-service connected disabilities are and how that affects a veteran's benefits. In addition he will discuss how best to access VA healthcare.

Mr. Haskins will give a presentation at 10:00 am (or whatever time the meeting is schedule to start) and will be available to meet individually with any veterans' and/or family members at (the hour after the start time).
