Loans for Home Repair

Windham and Windsor Housing Trust would like to let residents of Windham and Windsor County know that we are here to help!  If you sustained home damage from the recent floods our staff is ready to assist you in securing home repair loans.

Funds through the Windham and Windsor Housing Trust's Rehab Loan Fund provide homeowners of Windham and Windsor Counties, with low interest loans for home repairs. 

Call Windham & Windsor Housing Trust to see if you could be eligible.

Three percent loans provide health and safety repairs such as, roof, plumbing, electric, and heating repairs, well and septic repair or replacement to correct municipal or state code violations.

The Rehab Loan Fund is administered by Windham and Windsor Housing Trust and sponsored by Vermont Community Development Program and NeighborWorks.
