President Obama signed legislation raising the federal government debt ceiling through the year 2013 and making major cuts in government spending over the next few years. Do you approve or disapprove of that agreement?  The agreement will cut about $1 trillion in government spending over the next 10 years with provisions to make additional spending cuts in the future.
